Aviation Security Detection Equipment
Aviation Security TG – sub-group on Common Testing Methodologies (CTM) - Meeting on 13 June 2013, DG HOME, Brussels.
This sub-group met to review the latest proposals produced by the European Civil Aviation Conference (ECAC) for the CTM for Security Scanners. The CTM was reviewed against a number of criteria, including consistency of style and structure to other EU testing documentary standards, with the aim of validating the ECAC CTM as a suitable EU-harmonised conformity assessment for security scanners used in aviation security. Feedback on the CTM from this meeting will be provided to ECAC.
