13 Member States were represented at this meeting. Attendees were briefed in detail on the progress made by the ERNCIP’s Chemical & Biological Risks to the Water sector and Resistance of Structures to Explosive Effects TGs by the Groups’ Coordinators, respectively from the Austrian Environment Agency, and Fraunhofer EMI, Germany. The meeting was briefed about recent ERNCIP developments. The JRC Review on the impact of ERNCIP was approaching Member State CIP authorities for input, and attendees agreed to ensure appropriate feedback would be provided to the Review. The updated ERNCIP Platform was demonstrated, and was generally well received by the members. Finally, the plans for the continuation of ERNCIP when its current mandate completes in early 2015 were presented.
