Industrial Automated Control Systems and Smart Grids
The meeting of the Industrial Automation and Control Systems (IACS) TG took place in Ispra, on 1st February 2013. The Group discussed the progress made since October on improving the human-factors awareness and producing guidelines for a workforce development framework. The working sub-group on a European Network of Trusted Test Centres for IACS, proposed to further develop the IACS test bed requirements, was reinvigorated by the identification of a small core team that will collate knowledge and set out proposals for the requirements for IACS Trusted Test Centres in the EU.
Next meeting is planned for the summer 2013.
