Explosives Detection Equipment (non-Aviation)
5th meeting on 10 December 2013 in Brussels This group that has been coordinated till the end of 2013 by CEA France, met at JRC Headquarters in Brussels. The meeting discussed especially two reports prepared by the TG, namely “Needs for the detection of explosives outside aviation security concerns”, which categorises the needs according to the type of public or non-public spaces where explosives may be understood as posing a threat, and “Existing regulations”, which summarises the European regulations and legislation on explosive detection in this field.
