 NCIP organised a 3rd workshop for infrastructure operators on April 27-28\
 , 2016\, in Ispra\, Italy. The purpose of this workshop is to continue to 
 intensify the collaboration with operators within the ERNCIP network\, whi
 le exploring the theme of resilience for critical infrastructures. For thi
 s reason\, this year's workshop was organized in close collaboration with 
 the H2020 IMPROVER project ( http://improverproject.eu/ ).\n\n\nWorkshop’s
  Theme & Sessions\n\n\nThe workshop included presentations by experts on r
 esilience and CI operators\, as well sessions on the following topics:\n\n
  Working session 1: \n \n\n   \n\nOrganizational aspects of resilience: pl
 ans\, standards\, best practices\n \n\n\n Working session 2: \n \n\n   \n
 \nMeasuring CI resilience: indicators and approaches\n \n\n\n Plenary sess
 ion: \n \n\n   \n\nResilience for smart societies: the link between CI res
 ilience and community resilience\n \n\n\n ERNCIP TG Session: \n \n\n   \n
 \nTG approach to pre-normative research: the road towards standardisation 
 to support resilience\n \n\n\n\nERNCIP and IMPROVER plan to continue this 
 joint effort on an annual basis\, with another workshop planned for Spring
  2017.
